The bottom lie here is that with training what we view as aging is very preventable. We age more from disuse than use. Smart training can keep us moving well into our eighties. If you read the article you will see that the inclusion of strength training ( like an adult group session or a 1-1 session at MBSC) would solve the strength/ power loss.
