Our sports performance training for teams or groups is focused on making athletes more successful at their game. By their very nature, all sports create movement dysfunctions. Our training starts with loosening up tight muscles and strengthening those that have been weakened.
Once our athletes’ bodies are moving properly, we creating a program that is specifically geared towards improving their performance at their particular sport(s).

Flexibility, mobility, strength, power, agility, endurance, and anaerobic/aerobic conditioning are all aspects figured into our individualized training programs. It’s no secret that a team that trains together learns to work together.
OZ Strength and Conditioning offers training programs for anyone and everyone, regardless of age, gender, skill level, or athletic or fitness goals. Our core programs are designed for youth, middle school, high school, and elite athletes, as well as adults and teams. We train in small groups to ensure maximum one-on-one attention.
Performance has become increasingly more important as competition continually increases. The difference between good and great is, as it has always been, the above and beyond an individual is willing to commit to and execute to being great.
